Ingredients:
- Cooked salmon
- Porridge (such as oat or rice porridge)
- Eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or oil for frying
- Pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Prepare the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
3. Spread the cooked salmon evenly over the pie crust.
4. In a bowl, mix the porridge and eggs together, then season with salt and pepper.
5. Pour the porridge and egg mixture over the salmon.
6. Bake the pie in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, until golden brown and set.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
