Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 dl plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 whole grain wraps
- 1 dl mixed salad greens
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken fillets into strips.
2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the chicken strips to the marinade and let sit for about 15 minutes.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Lightly warm the whole grain wraps in the skillet or oven.
6. Fill the wraps with the cooked chicken, mixed salad greens, tomato slices, and avocado slices.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious fast food!
