Ingredients:
- 200 g butter - 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 500 g ice cream (flavor of your choice)
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 50 g powdered sugar
- Decorations (e.g., berries, chocolate shavings)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Combine the flour and baking powder, then add to the batter alternately with the milk. Stir in the vanilla sugar.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through. Allow it to cool.
6. Once the cake is cooled, slice it in half and fill it with the ice cream.
7. Prepare the whipped cream by adding powdered sugar and whipping until fluffy.
8. Cover the cake with the whipped cream and decorate as desired.
