Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate and butter together, stirring until smooth.
3. Remove from heat and mix in the sugar until well combined.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold this dry mixture into the chocolate mixture until fully combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is set but the center is still slightly gooey.
8. Allow to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate for decoration.
