Ingredients:
- 150 g smoked salmon
- 2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 0.5 tsp horseradish paste
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 0.25 tsp salt
- Fresh dill, to taste
- Dark whole grain bread
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the smoked salmon into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with Tabasco, horseradish paste, salt, and black pepper.
3. Stir in the chopped salmon and add the fresh dill.
4. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to enhance the flavors.
5. Slice the whole grain bread and spread the salmon mixture on top of each slice.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
