Spicy Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

A quick and delicious snack or side dish. Preparation time: 15 minutes. Serving size: 2-4 servings.Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley or basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Place one slice of bread in the skillet, buttered side down.
4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the bread.
5. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
6. Place another slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
7. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Carefully flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
8. Remove the sandwiches from the skillet and let them cool slightly.
9. Cut into desired sizes and garnish with parsley or basil if using.
