Ingredients
- 4 dl milk
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
2. Add the salt and flour to the mixture.
3. Beat the batter until it is light and fluffy.
4. Pour the batter into a greased round baking dish (approximately 25 cm in diameter).
5. Bake in the oven at 225°C (437°F) for about 20 minutes.
6. Spread garlic cream cheese on top before serving and enjoy!
