A delicious Finnish pancake that's fluffy and perfect for breakfast or dessert. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar (optional)
- 8 dl low-fat milk
- 2 eggs
- 50 g melted butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar.
3. Add the milk and eggs to the dry ingredients, and mix until smooth.
4. Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
5. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pancake is golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Cut into pieces and enjoy with berries or jam.
