Ingredients:

- 200 g bacon
- 3 onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 eggs
- 3 1/2 dl all-purpose flour
- 9 dl milk
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy. Add finely chopped onions and minced garlic, and cook until the onions are soft.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the flour, milk, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the batter is smooth.
4. Stir the bacon and onion mixture into the batter gently.
5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
6. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the pancake is golden brown and cooked through.
7. Let it cool slightly before serving. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
