Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl water
- 3 eggs
- 150 g cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 dl ham or smoked salmon
- 1 dl green beans or peas
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 dl oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, milk, water, eggs, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
2. Grate the cheese and fold it into the batter. Mix well.
3. Cut the ham or salmon into small pieces and add them to the batter along with the green beans or peas.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the oil.
5. Pour the batter into the pan and cook for about 20-25 minutes, until the pancake is golden brown.
6. Carefully flip the pancake and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes on the other side.
7. Allow the pancake to cool slightly before serving. Cut into pieces and serve warm.
