Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 100 g cheese (e.g., cheddar or emmental), grated
- 100 g ham or bacon, chopped
- 1 dl vegetables (e.g., bell peppers or onions), chopped
- Butter for greasing
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the milk and eggs to the mixture and stir until smooth.
4. Fold in the grated cheese, chopped ham/bacon, and vegetables. Mix well.
5. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the batter into the dish.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the pancake is golden brown and cooked through.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Cut into portions and enjoy!
