Ingredients:
- 500 g all-purpose flour - 300 ml water
- 10 g salt
- 10 g sugar
- 7 g dry yeast
- 50 ml olive oil
- 100 g honey
- 100 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or hazelnuts)
- 100 g dried fruits (e.g., apricots or dates)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, sugar, and dry yeast. 2. Add the water and olive oil, then knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
3. Incorporate the honey, nuts, and dried fruits into the dough, kneading well to combine.
4. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).
6. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Let the loaf rise for an additional 15 minutes.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25–30 minutes, until golden brown.
9. Allow the bread to cool before slicing.
