- 3 egg yolks

Instructions:

3. Add the flour and lemon zest, mixing well.
4. Stir in the sour cream until the batter is smooth.
5. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
6. Gently fold the egg whites into the batter to maintain its fluffiness.
7. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
