Ingredients:
- 2 dl milk (or cream)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50 g butter
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and let it cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, mix together the milk, salt, and eggs.
3. Add the flour and melted butter to the mixture. Stir until a smooth batter forms.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour the batter onto the pan.
5. Cook the pancake for about 20-25 minutes until the top is beautifully golden brown.
6. Serve warm with jam or berries.
