A delicious Finnish pancake that's fluffy and sweet, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients:
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 100 g margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 8 dl milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 200-225°C (392-437°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar.
3. Add the milk, eggs, and melted margarine to the dry mixture. Mix well until smooth.
4. Pour the batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
