Spinach Potato Mash

A delicious and nutritious side dish that combines the creaminess of potatoes with the flavor of spinach. Perfect to accompany meat or fish. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 700 g peeled potatoes
- 50 g butter
- 3 small onions
- 2 dl milk (or potato cooking water)
- 2 tsp salt
- Frozen spinach leaves (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water until tender.
2. Drain the cooking water and mash the potatoes.
3. In a saucepan, heat the milk and add the butter and onions, which you have pressed through a garlic press. Also, add the thawed spinach.
4. Pour the milk and spinach mixture into the mashed potatoes.
5. Mix well and season with salt.
