A delicious potato salad made with fresh new potatoes and flavored with roasted onion. Perfect side dish for summer grilling! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- 10 small new potatoes
- 2 pickles
- 5 green onion stalks
- 1 apple
- 1 jar CREA crème fraîche with roasted onion
- 1/2 (1 dl) jar of quark
Instructions:
1. Boil the new potatoes until tender and let them cool. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
2. Peel the apple and dice it into small pieces.
3. Chop the pickles and finely slice the green onion stalks.
4. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
5. Refrigerate the salad for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld before serving.
6. Serve the potato salad alongside grilled meats.
