A fun and unique dish where a potato base combines with a delicious Bolognese sauce. Preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes
- 200 g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 100 g grated cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and mash the potatoes.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
3. Add ground beef to the pan and brown it thoroughly.
4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
5. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly on a baking sheet to form a base.
6. Pour the Bolognese sauce over the potato base and spread it evenly.
7. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
