Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 700 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp soy flour
- 250 g lean ground meat
- 1 large onion (optional)
- 100 g grated cheese (optional)
- Spices to taste (e.g., pepper, paprika)
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes until soft, about 20 minutes.
2. Drain the potatoes and mash them in a bowl.
3. Add oil, salt, and soy flour to the mashed potatoes. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
4. Spread the potato dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming an even base.
5. Bake the base at 200°C (392°F) for about 15 minutes.
6. Brown the ground meat in a pan, adding chopped onion and spices. Cook until the meat is fully cooked.
7. Remove the potato base from the oven and spread the ground meat mixture on top.
8. If desired, add grated cheese on top.
9. Bake the pizza in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
10. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
