A delicious and unique twist on traditional pizza, using grated potatoes as the base. Perfect for a quick meal or snack! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 dl grated cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 dl tomato sauce
- 100 g ham or other toppings (e.g., bell pepper, onion)
- Additional cheese for topping
Instructions:
1. Peel and grate the potatoes. Squeeze out any excess moisture.
2. In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with grated cheese, egg, flour, salt, and black pepper.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
4. Pour the potato mixture into the skillet and shape it into an even base.
5. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
6. Carefully flip the potato pizza and cook the other side.
7. Spread tomato sauce over the pizza and add your choice of toppings.
8. Sprinkle additional cheese on top and cook for a few more minutes until the cheese melts.
9. Enjoy warm!
