A delicious potato dish that combines the softness of potatoes with the strong flavor of blue cheese. A great side dish or main course!

Ingredients:
- 10 potatoes
- 1 cup blue cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup water
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin slices.
2. Layer the potato slices in a baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix together the blue cheese, cottage cheese, salt, heavy cream, and water. Add black pepper to taste.
4. Pour the cheese mixture evenly over the potatoes.
5. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes.
6. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15 minutes until the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Let it rest for a moment before serving.
