Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 kg potatoes
- 4 tbsp water
- 8 dl milk
- 50 g butter
- 2 tbsp syrup
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes with their skins in unsalted water until tender.
2. Peel the hot potatoes and mash them until smooth.
3. Mix in the flour and let the mixture mature in a warm place overnight.
4. The next day, add butter, milk, and salt to the mixture to taste.
5. For added sweetness, you can stir in the syrup.
6. Pour the mixture into a greased dish and bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 1 hour, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
