A delicious and creamy pasta with spinach sauce that's quick and easy to prepare, perfect for a weeknight dinner or a weekend treat.

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle or penne)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for a few minutes until soft and fragrant.
3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted and its moisture has evaporated.
4. Pour in the cream and mix well. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix thoroughly. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to help coat the pasta evenly.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
