Ingredients:
- 4 whole grain wraps - 200 g cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 100 g lettuce (such as iceberg or arugula)
- 50 g cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Prepare the fillings: Shred the cooked chicken breast. Slice the avocado and tomato. 2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Spread the lettuce on the wraps. Add the shredded chicken, avocado slices, and tomato slices.
4. Top with cheese and drizzle the olive oil mixture over the fillings.
5. Roll up the wraps tightly and pack them in a cooler for your outing.
