A delightful and savory dish made with goat cheese, fresh herbs, and a hint of olive oil. Perfect as an appetizer or snack. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g goat cheese
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh herbs (e.g. basil or thyme)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, milk, and eggs until smooth.
2. Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
3. Stir in the olive oil and chopped fresh herbs until combined.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
5. Pour a spoonful of the batter onto the pan and cook until the surface is golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
6. Serve warm, ideally with a salad or dipping sauce. Enjoy!
