A delicious traditional meat soup full of flavor and memories. Easy to prepare, it brings back the taste of home-cooked meals. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 kg beef (soup meat)- 2-3 marrow bones
- 4-5 potatoes
- 3-4 carrots
- 1 large onion
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 liter of water (or beef broth)
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley (fresh or dried) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots into cubes. Finely chop the onion and garlic.2. Brown the beef and marrow bones in a large pot over medium heat until nicely browned.
3. Add the onions and garlic to the pot and sauté for a moment.
4. Pour in the water or beef broth and add the bay leaves. Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
5. Add the potatoes and carrots to the soup. Season with salt and black pepper. Continue cooking for another 20-30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the meat is cooked through.
6. Remove the bones from the soup before serving. Serve the soup garnished with fresh parsley.
