A savory Italian pasta dish featuring bold flavors.

Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g penne pasta
- 1/2 red chili
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 can anchovy fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Kalamata olives
- 1 tsp sun-dried cherry tomatoes
- 50 ml water
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water, reducing the cooking time to 2/3 of the package's recommended time. Drain the pasta.
2. Chop the garlic, chili, and anchovies into small pieces.
3. Sauté the garlic and chili in olive oil for a few minutes until fragrant.
4. Add the chopped anchovies and cook until they start to break down.
5. Stir in the Kalamata olives and sun-dried cherry tomatoes, along with a splash of water.
6. Season with salt and black pepper, and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
7. Place the cooked pasta in a serving dish and pour the sauce evenly over it. Serve immediately.
