Spicy Almond Soy Stir-Fry

This delicious and spicy stir-fry combines pasta, almond flakes, and a flavorful tomato sauce for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
- 0.5 tsp chili powder
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp margarine
- Mixed salad (tomato, cucumber, iceberg lettuce)
- 1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 4.5 dl (about 150 g) pasta, such as penne
- 0.5 dl almond flakes
- 1 red onion
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
2. Peel and chop the red onion.
3. Heat margarine in a pan and add the chopped onion. Sauté the onion until soft.
4. Add chili powder, sugar, and cumin to the pan, mixing well.
5. Pour the crushed tomatoes into the pan and season with black pepper. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta and almond flakes to the sauce. Mix well and heat for a short time.
7. Serve the stir-fry with a side of mixed salad.
