A delicious and moist pastry perfect for coffee breaks or as a dessert.

Serving Size: 12-15 servings

Ingredients:

- 9 dl all-purpose flour
- 250 g butter
- 4.5 dl sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 dl milk
- 6 eggs
- Berries (e.g., blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
3. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and sugar.
4. Add the butter and crumble the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
5. Add the eggs and milk, and mix until a smooth batter forms.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and level the surface.
7. Scatter the berries over the top of the batter.
8. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the pie is golden brown and cooked through.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
