Ingredients:
- Oil
- 1 chili pepper
- A piece of fresh ginger
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 400 g chicken strips or turkey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
2. Chop the onion, garlic cloves, and chili pepper. Grate the ginger.
3. Add the chopped onion, garlic, chili, and grated ginger to the wok. Sauté for a few minutes until softened.
4. Add the chicken strips or turkey to the wok. Cook until the meat is fully cooked.
5. Pour soy sauce or teriyaki sauce over the meat and mix well.
6. Allow the wok to cook for a few more minutes to combine the flavors.
7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
