A delicious and easy nacho dish, perfect for game nights. Quick to prepare, you can use store-bought sauces or make them yourself! Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g corn chips
- 150 g shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar)
- 1 dl salsa
- 1 dl guacamole
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 fresh chili (optional)
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Spread the corn chips evenly on a baking tray.
3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the corn chips.
4. Bake in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until the cheese melts and gets a nice color.
5. Remove the nachos from the oven and top with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.
6. Garnish with chopped red onion, chili slices, and fresh cilantro.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy while watching the game!
