Ingredients:
- 200 g chicken breast
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper (any color)
- 1 red onion
- 150 g frozen vegetables (e.g., peas and corn)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil for frying
- 1 tsp ginger (grated or powdered)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- (optional) rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast into strips and season with salt, pepper, and ginger.
2. Peel and slice the carrot, bell pepper, and red onion.
3. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
4. Add the chicken strips to the wok and cook until they are fully cooked.
5. Add the sliced vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for about 5–7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
6. Pour the soy sauce into the wok and mix well. Stir-fry for a few more minutes.
7. Serve immediately with rice or noodles if desired.
