Ingredients:

- 2 large onions
- 1 can of Guinness beer
- 200 g bacon (about 10-12 slices)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Oil (for frying)

Instructions:

1. Peel and slice the onions into thick rings.
2. Place the onion rings in a bowl and pour Guinness beer over them. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
3. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
4. Remove the onion rings from the beer and coat them in the flour mixture until well covered.
5. Wrap each onion ring tightly with a slice of bacon.
6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the bacon-wrapped rings until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.
7. Transfer the bacon rings to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil and serve warm.
