A delicious and impressive grilled whole chicken infused with melted butter, garlic, and the rich flavor of Guinness beer.

Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken (about 1.5 kg)
- 1 can of Guinness beer
- 100 g butter (melted)
- 3-4 cloves garlic (crushed)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme)
Instructions:
1. Preparation: Take the chicken out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling.
2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Optionally, rub fresh herbs inside and on top of the chicken.
3. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, crushed garlic, and part of the Guinness beer.
4. Place the chicken on the grill rack or in a smoker.
5. Pour the Guinness beer inside the chicken and brush the outer surface with the garlic butter mixture.
6. Grill the chicken over medium heat for about 1 to 1.5 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 75 degrees Celsius (165 degrees Fahrenheit). Regularly brush the chicken with the butter mixture during grilling.
7. Let the chicken rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
