Delicious stuffed jalapeños offer the perfect combination of heat and cheesy goodness, deep-fried in a crispy batter. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 8 fresh jalapeños
- 200 g smoked cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
- 100 g bacon (optional)
- 1 dl Guinness beer
- 1 dl BBQ seasoning
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Carefully remove the stems and seeds from the jalapeños.
2. In a bowl, mix the cheese, bacon (if using), and BBQ seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Fill the jalapeños with the cheese mixture.
4. Prepare the batter by mixing the flour, eggs, and Guinness in a bowl. Add salt to taste.
5. Dip the stuffed jalapeños in the batter, then roll them in breadcrumbs.
6. Heat oil in a deep pot or fryer.
7. Fry the jalapeños until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
8. Remove the finished jalapeños and let them drain on paper towels.
