Ingredients:
- 200 g mixed salad greens- 1 cucumber
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g black olives
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the mixed salad greens in cold water and drain well.2. Slice the cucumber into rounds and halve the cherry tomatoes.
3. Thinly slice the red onion into rings.
4. In a bowl, combine all the vegetables and feta cheese.
5. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. Toss well.
6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
