Serving Size: 8-10 servings

Ingredients:

- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 100 ml milk
- 200 ml water
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 g raisins (optional)

Instructions:

1. Warm the milk and water until lukewarm and dissolve the dry yeast in it.
2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients.
4. Knead the dough by hand or with a mixer for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
5. If using, add the raisins and mix well.
6. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
7. Once the dough has risen, roll it out into a sheet and cut it into your desired shapes.
8. Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for another 15 minutes.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
10. Allow to cool before serving.
