A delicious homemade Sangiovese wine made from ripe grapes. Preparation Time: 1 week for fermentation, plus 6 months aging

Ingredients:
- Sangiovese grapes
- Water
- Yeast
- Sugar
Instructions:
1. Harvest ripe Sangiovese grapes in the fall when they are perfectly ripe.
2. Remove the stems from the grapes and crush them in a large container.
3. Add water, yeast, and sugar to the crushed grapes.
4. Stir the ingredients thoroughly to activate the yeast.
5. Cover the container with a cloth and let it sit at room temperature for about a week until fermentation begins.
6. Strain the liquid into a clean vessel and allow it to ferment for another 4-6 weeks.
7. Once fermentation has stopped, bottle the wine in clean bottles.
8. Let the wine age in a cool place for at least 6 months before enjoying.
