Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 100 ml Sangiovese wine- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the Sangiovese wine, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, honey, salt, and black pepper.2. Add the chopped rosemary and thyme to the marinade and mix well.
3. Pour the marinade over your choice of meat, such as beef or chicken, and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
4. Grill or cook the marinated meat as desired and enjoy!
