Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle (750 ml) rosé wine
- 200 ml apple juice
- 100 ml lingonberry juice
- 100 ml sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2-3 cloves
- 1 orange (sliced)
- 50 ml fresh blueberries (optional)
Instructions:
1. Pour the rosé wine, apple juice, and lingonberry juice into a saucepan.
2. Add the sugar, cinnamon stick, and cloves.
3. Heat the mixture over low heat, but do not let it boil.
4. Add the orange slices and blueberries if using.
5. Let the glögi steep for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend well.
6. Strain the drink into glasses and serve warm.
