Ingredients:
- 1 bell pepper
- 4-6 cloves garlic
- Black pepper to taste
- 180 g bacon
- 1 package blue cheese
- Fresh parsley
- 300-500 ml cream
- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
Instructions:
1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
2. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until crispy.
3. Chop the bell pepper and add it to the pan with the bacon, cooking until softened.
4. Mince the garlic and add it to the pan; sauté for an additional moment.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and crumble the blue cheese in. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
6. Season with black pepper and mix in the cooked pasta.
7. Serve the dish garnished with fresh parsley.
