A refreshing and nutty salad with pasta, ripe pears, and creamy goat cheese. Perfect for a light meal or side dish.

Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g. penne or fusilli)
- 2 ripe pears
- 100 g pecan nuts
- 100 g goat cheese
- 100 g baby spinach
- 1 dl olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and cool.
2. Dice the pears into cubes and crumble the goat cheese.
3. Toast the pecan nuts in a dry pan until they become slightly colored.
4. In a bowl, combine the pasta, diced pears, goat cheese, baby spinach, and toasted pecans.
5. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
7. Serve immediately or let it marinate in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
