Ingredients

- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 10 g salt
- 10 g sugar
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 300 ml warm water
- 30 ml olive oil

Mustard Mayonnaise

- 100 g mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar together.
2. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add it to the flour mixture.
3. Add the olive oil and knead the dough for about 10 minutes until elastic.
4. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for about 1 hour, until it has doubled in size.
5. Shape the dough into a baguette and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Allow the baguette to rise for another 30 minutes.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the surface is golden brown and crispy.
8. In a bowl, mix all the mustard mayonnaise ingredients together and season to taste.
9. Serve the baguette warm with the mustard mayonnaise.
