A refreshing and colorful pasta salad perfect for picnics or as a side dish. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- Penne pasta
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 cm slice of Edam cheese
- 1 to 1 1/2 pickles
- 200 g cooked ham
- 1 apple
Instructions:
1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions and drain.
2. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
3. Cut the Edam cheese into small cubes.
4. Slice the pickles and the cooked ham.
5. Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces.
6. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
7. Gently mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
8. Serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator before serving.
