A delicious pasta salad that combines pasta, fruits, and nuts with a flavorful dressing, perfect for summer days or picnic moments.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 0.5 L water
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 dl chopped nuts
- 1 dl chopped chives
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic-flavored vegetable spread
- 1 can pineapple rings (in juice)
- 3 dl Torino oat pasta
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 apple
Instructions:
1. Bring water to a boil and add salt and oat pasta. Cook the pasta for 5 minutes, stirring once at the beginning.
2. Drain the cooked pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water.
3. Chop the celery and apple into small pieces.
4. In a bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped celery, apple, and pineapple rings.
5. Add the chopped chives, nuts, and black pepper.
6. Stir in the garlic-flavored vegetable spread and mix all ingredients well.
7. Serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator before serving.
