Ingredients:
- 2 yellow apples
- 2 red apples
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 grapefruit
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Instructions:
1. Wash and peel the yellow and red apples. Cut them into cubes.
2. Drain the pineapple chunks and add them to the apple cubes.
3. Peel the grapefruit and cut it into segments, then add it to the salad.
4. Chop the celery stalk finely and add it to the fruit salad.
5. In a bowl, mix the sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Sprinkle this mixture over the fruits and gently stir to combine.
6. Chop the walnuts and shredded coconut, then fold them into the salad.
7. Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
