Curry Chicken with Peppers and Cream

A delicious and creamy chicken dish with colorful bell peppers, perfect for a weeknight dinner. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 1 red onion
- 2 bell peppers (e.g., red and yellow)
- 3 dl cream
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken fillets into strips and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the oil in a skillet and add the chicken strips. Cook until the chicken is done and has a nice color.
3. Chop the red onion and dice the bell peppers. Add them to the skillet with the chicken and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Pour the cream into the skillet and add the curry powder. Stir well and let simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
