A delicious pasta dish made with roasted cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs, and garlic. Perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions!

Ingredients:
- 400 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (or other herbs)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and halve them. Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet, add the crushed garlic and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. Roast the tomatoes in the oven for about 20 minutes, until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
4. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain the pasta, reserving a little cooking water.
5. Combine the roasted tomatoes with the pasta, adding reserved cooking water as needed for a nice consistency.
6. Add fresh basil and mix well. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
