Ingredients:
- 800 g potatoes - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into cubes or slices. 2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes, until they are soft but not fully cooked.
3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool for a moment.
4. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
5. Add the potatoes to the pan and fry them until golden brown and crispy, about 10-15 minutes.
6. Add the crushed garlic, rosemary, salt, black pepper, and paprika powder to the pan, and mix well.
7. Fry for a few more minutes until the spices are well combined with the potatoes.
8. Serve hot, and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top if using.
