A delicious summer salad that combines grilled asparagus and crispy croutons with a garlic dressing, offering fresh flavors for a perfect meal. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g green asparagus
- 200 g romaine lettuce
- 100 g croutons
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 100 ml mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Grill the green asparagus over medium heat until tender and nicely charred. Allow to cool.
2. Tear the romaine lettuce and place it on a serving platter.
3. Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, and minced garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the cooled asparagus to the salad and mix well.
5. Sprinkle croutons and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
6. Drizzle the garlic dressing over the salad and toss gently.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
